Returns and complaints

Goods purchased via the online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The product must be complete, have tags and all labels with which it was provided and must not bear any traces of use.

Returned or exchanged goods must also be accompanied by a proof of purchase and completed Exchange/Return Form available on the website in the returns and complaints tab.

Failure to comply with the above rules will result in the return not being processed.

A positively considered return will be confirmed to the e-mail address provided in the exchange forms and returned to the provided bank account number within 14 days.



To return the goods, please fill out Exchange/Return Form (download), containing a statement of withdrawal from the contract and send it together with the goods and proof of purchase, at your own expense to the following address:

The return includes the actual value of the returned goods, without delivery costs (returns). The refund is made within 14 calendar days from the receipt by the store of the complete shipment with the goods and proof of purchase, i.e. the original fiscal receipt. The amount is returned to the bank account number provided by the customer in Exchange/Return Form.


To exchange goods, please fill out Exchange/Return Form (download)which will contain an indication of the goods for which the exchange is to take place. The exchanged goods must be of the same value or higher, as the price difference will not be refunded. The goods exchange form should be sent with a scan to the following e-mail address: Upon receipt by the Store Exchange/Return Form the customer will receive an e-mail from us confirming the availability of the goods (which expresses the store's acceptance of the consent to exchange the goods). After positive consideration of the exchange, the customer sends the exchanged article at his own expense to the following address:

The new product will be sent back within 14 days to the address indicated on Exchange/Return Form.


If the exchanged product is more expensive than the purchased one, please transfer the difference to the company account. In the title of the transfer, enter: "Adjustment of the amount of the order No. ....." In this situation, the shipment is carried out after we receive the transfer.


The store does not accept parcels sent on delivery.




Each customer of our store has the right to lodge a complaint in the event of finding in the delivered goods: factory defects or non-compliance of the goods with the goods contained in the order. In this case, please send the goods to the store's address:

To the returned goods, please attach the original receipt together with the completed Complaint Form (download). The store does not accept parcels sent on delivery. Complaints sent in a complete way (with proof of purchase) are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the store. The customer has the right to appeal against the complaint decision.


The delivery time in Poland is up to 5 business days from the moment of confirming the payment for the ordered goods, or in the case of cash on delivery, from the moment of accepting the order by our online store. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible and with the precision developed over the years.

The Laura Guidi company cooperates with the DPD courier company. The cost of delivery is PLN 15. The amount is automatically added to the order value. For purchases over PLN 500, delivery is free.
